Education and the Stem Program

STEM Student

I am a Senior at San Marin High School and have been in the STEM program for four years now. I love science and the hands on aspect of it as well as the opportunity to solve problems. I am a very active student athlete and play soccer and lacrosse for my high school and also play on a club soccer team year round. In addition to my sports, I work at a local restaurant as a hostess. After graduation, I plan to attend a four year university and study biomedical engineering.

STEM Student

I have been a STEM student at San Marin for four years now, and have gained so much from it. In addition to a love of science, I really enjoy group projects and hand-on learning, which this program provides. As a senior in STEM, we work on a project all year, and because of a shared interest in science and medicine, we've decided on this for our project. After high school, I hope to go to a four year university and study biology, and hopefully go on to medical school to be a dermatologist or internist. As of right now, I work as a hostess at a local restaurant and am on the San Marin Varsity Cheer team.
